The goat cheese factory in Chitlang is first of its kind in Nepal.It is run and managed by Ashok Singh Thakuri located at hte heart of Chitlang.The goat cheese factory owner ,MR singh also runs Homestay.The cheese is famous among the cheese lovers and most of it is exported to 5 star hotels in Kathmandu.
